The Celebration hall with crystal chandeliers is the most luxurious event hall in Riga. Restored to its pre-war outlook and decorated with portraits of kings, it perfectly serves for both beautiful celebrations and prominent receptions. This is the place where Latvian public officials have hosted their foreign guests and our most outstanding performers have held concerts. The Lubeck hall and offices are convenient to locate service staff and a separate banquet area; the wide terrace overlooks the Town Hall Square adjoining the hall.
The Blackheads house
For centuries, the Blackheads House has been the epicentre of the cultural life of Riga, at celebrations hosted by the Brotherhood of Blackheads and their successors gathering the most honourable residents of Riga and their guests. Restored and raised from ruins, now the noble house is available for the organisation of concerts, performances, official receptions, celebrations, conferences, seminars and other cultural events. Every event organised on the royal premises of the Blackheads House will be unforgettable, for it will have the special aura of this house and luck of the Brotherhood of Blackheads.
There are three splendid halls at your disposal – Celebrations hall, Lubeck hall and Latvian hall, historical offices, especially suitable for official receptions, official signing of agreements and banquets, as well as several additional premises – salon, historical cellar for degustation’s, banquets and meetings.

The Lubeck hall is used for press conferences as well as serving banquet tables.
The Latvian hall displays works of excellent Latvian painters of the second half of the 20th century – Indulis Zariņš, Aleksandrs Stankēvičs, Rita Valnere. The interior is made in wood and linen.
The salon, which is on the second floor of the building, features stained glass windows in which the central composition was based on a lithograph by T.A. Rickmann, featuring a view of the Grass and Apple Market.
On the ground floor of the Blackheads House there are historical cabinet that, during a temporary residence, served as the working cabinet of President of Latvia. Once there was an archive of the Blackheads as well as legendary relics.
The restored Blackheads House is built on historical, several times refurbished, medieval cellars that after the destruction of the house remained under the newly made square.
